On June 19^th, 2018 the Board of Supervisors approved new rates for KVID’s water and sewer services, effective July 1^st, 2018. The bill going out on July 1 does not reflect the new rates, since the services we are billing for were rendered during the month of June. The new rates will be included on the next bill, reflecting services used during the month of July. That bill will be mailed out on or around August 1^st, 2018.

Customers can expect their bills to increase by approximately 20% next month, assuming that the water usage remains about the same.
